ER70S-6 welding wire is a commonly used gas shielded welding wire.
Its raw materials usually include high-quality carbon steel wire rods, mainly composed of elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, etc., to ensure that the welding wire has good welding performance.

The production process roughly includes the following steps:
1. Wire rod drawing: The raw material wire rod is drawn through a series of molds, gradually reducing the diameter to achieve the desired wire size.
2. Surface treatment: Remove impurities such as oxide scale and oil stains from the surface of the welding wire to improve welding quality.
3. Copper plating: Plating a layer of copper on the surface of the welding wire to increase conductivity and rust resistance.
ER70S-6 welding wire has a wide range of applications:
1. Mechanical manufacturing: used for welding various mechanical structures, such as frames, crane arms, etc.
2. Automotive industry: Welding of automotive components such as frames and bodies.
3. Construction industry: Welding of steel structures, such as steel structures for bridges and high-rise buildings.
4. Shipbuilding: Structural welding of ships.
5. Pressure vessel manufacturing: used to manufacture containers that can withstand a certain amount of pressure.
