1. Composition of raw materials:  Welding core of E6013 is usually made of low carbon steel (such as H08A) with  a carton content of about 0.08% and low sulfur and phosphorus impurities ensuring the purity and basic mechanical properties of the deposited metal.

2. Ingredients of medical skin: E6013 belong to the titanium calcium type drug skin (AWS classification as titanium oxide calcium type),with the main components including titanium oxide (rutile) accounts for approximately 30% to 50% improving arc stability and reducing spatter. Calcium carbonate (liestone) provides slagging and gas protection functions.Silicates, ferromangaanese.etc are used for deoxidation and alloying to improve the quality of welding formation.

Core Features : Mechanical properties the tensile strength of the deposited metal is more over 60 ksi (approximately 414mpa) the yield strength is more over 330mpa and the elongation rate is more over 17% to 20%.
