The company has XJ-650T extruder and five sets of domestic automated flow casting resistance furnaces, continuous wire pulling production equipment, as well as multiple sets of circulating water tanks, digital precision winding machines, automatic wire dropping machines, packaging machines and other equipment.
Testing:
During the process from raw material (zinc ingot) to stripping, no other components enter and do not come into contact with other metals. Use DF-100 direct reading spectrometer, computerized eddy current testing instrument (eddy current testing series), plasma inductively coupled atomic emission spectroscopy and other detection instruments. Each process from raw materials to cutting, large pulling, medium pulling, water tank, packaging, and storage is checked and inspected layer by layer. Not letting go of small details, so as to ensure the long-term stability of our product performance. Ensure that each batch of zinc wire has a content of over 99.995%, and that the SGS environmental testing results comply with the requirements of the EU RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and subsequent amendment directives.

Product features:
1.The size and shape of the spray coating are not affected. It can be sprayed on the overall surface or on large limited surfaces, which is a convenient and economical method for coating local surfaces of large components.
2. The parent material remains unchanged. Due to the low heating temperature of the base material during spraying construction, the deformation of the workpiece is small.
3. The coating thickness can vary widely, and the thickness formed by spraying can range from a few micrometers to several millimeters.
4. It can be spray formed. Thermal spraying technology can not only form coatings on the surface of materials, but also be used to manufacture mechanical parts, namely spray formed products.
The anti-corrosion performance of hot-dip zinc spray can ensure the durability of components for more than 20-40 years when the spray thickness is only 0.08-0.4mm in different atmospheric environments and water quality. It is currently the ideal material for anti-corrosion.
Transportation and storage:
It is prohibited to use packaging materials and transportation vehicles that corrode zinc with acid, alkali, salt, etc. for transportation, and they should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive warehouse to prevent rainwater from getting wet.
